College students at Texas school exposed to tuberculosis
Mar 22nd 2012, 12:59

A former student at Tarrant County College, a school located in Arlington, Texas, is being tested for tuberculosis, MyFoxDFW reported.

The student from Dallas, Texas became infected with the disease and stopped attending classes last month.  Tarrant County College has identified over 200 students that may have come into direct contact with the infected student, and they intend to notify them as soon as possible, according to the station.

Students who may have contracted tuberculosis can have a skin test done to determine if they also have a confirmed case.  The test will be available starting April 3.
