Health officials cancel Exeter Hepatitis C testing
Jul 30th 2012, 12:17

New Hampshire health officials cancelled hepatitis C testing clinics that were scheduled over the weekend for July 28 and 29, MyFoxBoston reported.

Officials said they canceled the clinics because there wasn't enough time to set them up.

More than three thousand patients of Exeter Hospital were due to be tested after officials said they may have been exposed by a former employee.

David Matthew Kwiatkowski is accused of infecting at least 30 individuals with hepatitis C at the hospital. Kwiatkowski, who has hepatitis C, began working at the hospital in April 2011 as a temporary employee. He previously worked as a traveling technician.
