E. coli leads to swimming ban at Arizona park Aug 1st 2012, 12:48 Published August 01, 2012 FoxNews.com Poor water quality at Slide Rock State Park means swimmers will have to stay out. The Arizona Daily Sun reports that it's the first swimming ban of the season but likely not the last. Water samples taken this week show high levels of fecal coliform bacteria. The park says further tests will determine whether the swimming ban can be lifted Wednesday.
